Got home from the weekend a little early given the potential for really 
bad weather in the greater Chicago area on sunday.

In taking a quick look at the car ads when I got back I found the following:

Audi '93, S4, emerald/ecru, 33k, excellent, 17 in. wheels, 310hp, $29k  
414/786-8102.

Interesting.  What what he did to the engine to get a claimed 310hp out 
of it.  Can that be done just by chipping it or are more serious mods 
required?

That area code is in eastern wisconsin, the prefix is for a suburbs of 
Milwaukee.
