Steve,
I used the Hellas, many sets (all fogs) and liked  them very much (fog
conditions; WI, MN IL). Currently I have a set of Pia fogs (the ball type),
they look good but I have not had a opportunity to use them in the real
stuff, fog that is, (they seem to have a very bright amber beam). For fogs
I suggest amber, I never had any luck with clear no matter the make. I am
also currently using  a round set of Pia as a supplement for my main
headlights and they work great (a lot less hassle than switching to Euro
lights, possibly even better results!).
