What's the tariff for bringing a car without CA emissions into the state? 
It used to be $300 (about five years back).

I lived in CA for 22 years but never tried to bring a car _in_. If I move 
back with my '87 4kcsq--the yellow emission sticker says "meets federal and 
CA requirements--will they clip me? Anyone BTDT? Do the newer cars meet all 
requirements?
