It depends ... some MB wheels use a 40mm offset, which is very close to the
45mm offset used on most Audis.  BTW, while driving home from work, I found
myself sitting alongside a Buick Grand National at a traffic light.  It had
chromed 5-spoke AMG wheels on it!  Looked pretty sharp.  (Don't try pulling
one of these away from a light ... they don't go around corners but they do
straight lines amazingly well!)
