Thanks for all the advices.  But I am one less Quattro today, I traded 
the 87 4KQ with 100K miles in for a 95 Black/Black Olds Aurora with 20K 
miles on the road for $23.5K (including 100K/5 yrs. bumper to bumper 
coverage, tax, tag....etc.)!  This this from the same dealer that 
"still" have the 95 S6 with 8K miles, if anybody is interested in the S6 
let me know.........
