V8Q engine mods, registry

Does anyone know of a stroker kit for the V8Q (3.6 ltr)?  Is it simply
connecting rods, crank from the 4.2, or do the two engines have different
bore sizes?

Incidentally, I have the original Audi USA Press Kit for the 90 V8 and under
technical specifications, it list the displacement as follows:  "3.6-liter
(217 cu. ft.).  Guess they didn't proofread that one!

Is there a V8Q registry out there?
