MORE.HELP big vibration

Well just tried switching my front tires with my back tires but this did
nothing.  One thing I did try is putting the car in gear with the front tires
in the air(I know if was not the safest thing to do). I felt both the right
and the left strut assemblies with the wheels spinning,  The right side was
definetly vibrating more than the left side, could my car be trying to trick
me,  could a bad right side bearing sound like a bad left side bearing.  Hope
that some one out there has had this experience.
