Lakes Region Quattro Club Meeting and Holiday Party

The Lakes Region (IL, IA, IN, WI) Quattro Club will conduct a brief meeting
followed by a holiday party this weekend.  All Audi and Quattro enthusiasts
are welcome and encouraged to bring spouses or friends.  We will discuss
track events planned for 1997 and possibly a winter event.  

Finally, we will celebrate "WINTER", a season in which each of us can
confidently use our Quattros to accelerate, turn and stop while driving on
the white stuff! 
Here are the facts:

When: Saturday, December 14, 1996.  6:00 pm sharp
Where: Fudruckers Restaurant, 436 E. Golf Rd. Schaumburg, IL (847.519.9390)
This place has the usual burgers and chicken, but now has freshly prepared
Mexican food as well.  They serve beer, too.
Directions: The Restaurant is located on Golf Road, between Plum Grove and
Roselle road.  It is south of I-90 and west of Hwy 53/290.  From Chicago,
take I-290 west.  Exit on I-90 (Northwest Tollway) and go west 3 miles to
Roselle road.  Exit and turn left (south) and drive just 1 mile to Golf Road.
 Turn Left (East) on Golf and Fudruckers is just 1 mile on the left.  If you
are driving east on I-90, from Rockford or Wisconsin, exit at Hwy 59, turn
right (south) and continue 2 miles to Golf Road.  Turn left (east) and travel
about 6 miles to the restaurant, which will still be located on the left.

We are aware of that you may have holiday commitements this weekend, and we
apologize for the short notice for this event, but try to stop by and show
off your car and let us know who you are!
