RE:Rain-ex solution!

Chris,

	I have not had a problem with rain-ex, I have used it for years.  My
only idea is that there was something else on the window that the
rain-ex had a chemical reaction with that ruined your windsheild.  At
this point my recommendation would be a make sure your comprehensive
insurance deductable is low, your premiums paid up current, and then
have a mysterious "ball-peen hammer" accident!  Did I say that?  What I
meant was it sure would be a shame if a large "rock" were to crack your
windsheild and you had to make an insurance claim for a new one, so be
careful driving on gravel roads :)
