yes, the new zealand experience of rs2's is that they really need 98 octane
unleaded to give their best. our super unleaded is only 96 which is fine for
my 3b ur-q, not so good for my s2, and not good at all for the rs2 according
to the audi service folks. one of the rs2 owners in wellington runs one tank
of av-gas (100 octane) for every 3 tanks of 96 unleaded.
91 unleaded would result in serious performance loss (at best) imho.
mind you my business partner got an rs2 for a day while his porker was getting
fixed. he tried to find a performance loss, but didn't have much success ;-)
