Can anyone suggest a good place to get a rebuilt head/lower block? Please!!!

Hello! Just had an engine problem with my lovely Coupe'84 (2.2 liters,
5 cyl)... :( One valve broke down, and a piece of head (just
naturally! :( ) fall off.

Anyway, I'm looking for a place to buy a rebuilt head and, probably, a
rebuilt cylynder block. Could someone please recommend me a place
like that or at least give an idea about the price range?

Another thing --- my cylinders were bored up to 2.5 liters (and I like
it!), would you recommend me to look for a block like this or stuck
with 2.2?

A nice present for my birthday on Dec.14th, huh? ;-)
