Maybe I dont know what Im talking about but could this be the EDL kicking in.  
This might explain why on some the problem is not there.  I wonder if there is 
an adjustment so that the EDL is not braking while turning tight.  How does 
this little brain figure out if the turning differential is spin related or 
turn related?  If this is not properly adjusted could this be causing said 
shuttering?  I already heard someone say that the EDL makes quite a racket 
when working on ice.
