'90 Coupe Quattro for Sale

There is a 1990 Quattro Coupe for sale in Seattle, WA.  It is
silver/black, has 60K miles, completely loaded, and has all service
records.  It is at University VW/Audi (206-634-3322).  They want $16K
for the car.  I called this salesman Ivan, and without looking at it,
offered them $13K, and they wouldn't take it.  They claim "that's what
we paid for it" which I find hard to believe since wholesale blue book
is around $11K, but good luck to whoever tries.  I think it's a little
overpriced.
