Yes, replace it and get the baseline fuel (O2 freq valve) set to 42DC....
 Your gas mileage should improve...  If you are running without a functioning
O2 your mileage should increase/stay the same becuz you are running lean most
of the time...  Good for mileage, bad for turbo motors....  Definitely fix it
