I don't know how it's done, but the touring car drivers _can_ dial in at least 
one parameter separately for the front and rear suspension.
 
On the 1995 car, it's done with two large click-stopped knobs - one for the 
front and one for the rear.  How the actuator works, I've no idea.
 
On the 1996 car, everything seems to be digital - there's a non-rotating LCD 
display in the centre of the steering wheel boss, and the driver seems to be 
able to select what is displayed there.  There's a generalised set of controls 
for adjustments.
