We'll Let's see it was COLD a week or two ago here in St. Louis..... 
Meaning that your Intercooler was efficient again, and the air was cold 
and dense to start with, So you had more HP.  My car does the same thing, 
The Difference between a 20F day and a 80F are really noticable.
