Them wonderful snows
I have been fortunate enough to have owned many good snow cars through the
years(see below) so I have never sprung for new snow tires. Well you can see
where this is going. After deciding Yokohama AVS's are NOT snow tires I went
out a spent 650 bucks for new snow tires and a set of all seasons (Michelin)
for the Subi.
So I went skiing so I could test out my new snows :-). WOW WHAT AN ANIMAL.
That car flat out goes with snows on it. I didn't really push it that hard
because it was my first time but I did play in the parking lot. The oversteer
is gone and it wasn't even fun to play in the parking lot anymore. The thing
stuck so well that I had to use the e-brake to do a 360. So those of you who
were like me, bite the bullet and GET SNOW TIRES.
