First, made a mistake - should say "outboard of wastegate"

I get 27-29 @ 60, 24 @ 80. Around 17 in town. All with AC in Econ. Mixed
mileage about 20-23, but then I tend to drive in a maniacal manner,
according to my wife. I call it driving with panache... Car runs very smooth
@ 110 (tested every Sunday, 0800-0830).
