How can I do that?

Everything is kosher by Mr.Bentley, except for the O2 sensor, which should
have been retired a century ago. Can it cause too lean of a mixture to make
the engine die of fuel starvation at the negative temperatures (°C)? My car's
fuel consumption is 22-24 mpg highway @85 in 5th.
And it does lean out under high boost according to my boost gage and mixture
analyser.
