Paul, I couldn't agree with you more. Fast driving has no place on the
sidestreets and neighborhoods where our children and our grandmothers live.

I have heard several people say that the more track time they get, whether it's
timetrials, autocross, racing, or even just driver's education events, the
slower they drive on the surface streets. It's just not nearly as much fun as
you can have in a controlled situation, with no oncoming traffic, and no
pedestrians.
