My own car was one of a family's set of three.
 
The father of the house bought a car and liked it.  So he bought two more - one 
for his wife and one for his eighteen year old son.
 
The one I have is his wife's car.  His own was totalled in an accident in a 
farmyard - it was stationary and unoccupied at the time.  His son's car lasted 
only a week - the son thought quattro grip made him invulnerable.
