What I love about the fiche is it lists every darn bolt size - so you can go
buy stainless steel (!) in advance of a project.  The paper manuals don't. 
The dealer system is their upgrade from fiches - wouldn't it be great to get
one of their old (superseded) CD ROM and the software somehow...  BTW my
local dealer (Ed Byrnes in Dover NH) will fax me drawings from their CD ROM
so I can make sure we are talking about the same part - very useful when one
of the zillion OEM molded vacuum/breather tubes goes punky.
