Hello-
My 86 4000cs quattro seems to be getting worst!! It has been ideling quite choppy for about 3-5k miles :(
Now it also seems to have a no power range of 2300-3100 rpm, it will either hesitate at such rpm's or sometimes cut out (no fully almost half power if not less!!) mostly when cold, in fact if you let the car idel for about ten plus mins it will run very strong from 1200 to 6000rpm (even when running poor it always smooths out over 4000, and by 5000 it its even better??
With my past cars (VW's) I would just change the cold start injector and would help if not fix this same problem, since its almost a VW system is that an option, or is there other factors???\\
Please help, I love this car and its just getting colder here in CT!!!!
