Eric has the original Bosch plug p/nos, maybe he can repost for you.

When I did my conversion I did not have the OEM plugs.
In my case I just opened the assy up, reverse-engineered the internal
wiring diagramm with the ohm meter and drew it up as a complete
schematic according to the fuse/relay/switch/beam configuration that I
wanted. After that I fabricated a 4-wire color coded plug (I have a
boxfull of odds and ends from my old installation days, 2 4-pin jack
just happen to fit almost perfectly, I only had to file 2 out of 4
corners on each one to make them go in one way). You can always use 4
std. 0.25" wide single female spade terminals on your custom harness.
You will also need a weather tight boot to cover them. I found a perfect
fit at Home Depot for peanuts. They are yellow construction droplight
insulation boots, made of soft rubber, dome shaped and have a perfect
10mm hole for the 4wire harness to come out. Works well for me for
almost a year now.
