Re: XLent mount, sir

lights on
your car and go to a carwash and it's rodeo time. Those slinging spinning
brushes of whatever kind you find will lasso those lights in a heartbeat and
 pull them off. >>
I would propose a mounting problem there... How you mount lights is as
important as what you mount, if not more so... I learned the car wash way
20years ago about proper mounting for lights... Walk up to a rallye car and
try moving a lite.... You can prolly tow with the light bar, and you can
with the tabs for my R2000's on my 5ktq too .... The 3 mounting screws for
the audi aeros are hardly firmly anchored, another quesion re the 100+
bulbs..... If you need someone to mount them properly, there are prorally
prep places all over the country that can do it for you, and can give you
some slick light control switches.... If you night drive, you owe it to
yourself to educate yourself on lighting, the difference is amazing... Euros
are the easy answer, no doubt about it, hardly the ultimate, but definitely
better... Mounting aux is prolly best done by someone who knows what to do,
it ain't easy finding rock steady on a composite bumper.... It is there tho,
btdt.... And XL's are a good light too... Problem that I've seen with
them, is most folks mount them below the bumper, not the ideal locale...
Another vanity thing, unless you drive a westphalica (put couple sets on
those beasts, can hardly notice they are there)
