Pau'r seat won't git ferwerd

The Audi God's hath forsaken me this month.

My carpool passenger noticed their seat in my all power custom D-Lux 90 
QCoupe is going backwards but not forwards.  Now, I did the basic visual 
inspection with lots of flashlights to look for jamming.  The round control 
knob is not restricted.

So, Is this a bad relay or motor?  Kinda looks like the motor is burried in 
the carpet since all the other motors worked and were controlled without 
error.
