Re: '86 4KQ emergency brake repeatedly freezing

A small data point, possibly only of anecdotal value: my '86 4kcsq has
never had this problem. I've often spent time in eastern Washington state
at temps as low as 0, as well as the usual moist temperature fluctuating
Seattle (which included lots of freezing point snow/rain days). Have to
admit I've been thinking of not using the emergency brake given all the
postings about frozen brake cables.
