Even though they've managed to snag me (see my previous mail
about my purchase), it's not because Audi of America did a good
job.

I called the 800-For-Audi number twice to request literature and
dealer info, but in nearly 3 weeks never received anything in the
mail. I also filled out the literature request form on their web
site with the same results...
