quattro saves the bonehead

Well, this morning I pulled the big bonehead move and made a right turn at
an intersection as oncoming cars were on their way. It was hard to see over
the 4' snow banks, and we have a few inches of new snow and ice. So, anyway
I'm committed to going and here comes this big ole Mustang GT with fat
tires. He hits the brakes, locks em up, an starts chasing his rear. I'm
thinking great, here comes a 2.5 ton uncontrolled projectile and I'm the
bullseye, and It's my fault! Think fast...the Q is in 1st, I floor it, all
four NRW's are spinning, the car takes off, rooster tails coming off each
wheel, snow flying everywhere. My car is doing this wild lateral
acceleration like some monster truck. I'm clear and doing 35mph! Whoa
Nelly, get her straight! I'm safe, the Mustang was able to save it, how I
have no idea. I would have apologised to the guy, but he was allready a
faint vision in my RVM.
