I'm not out to save the world...I have enough stuff on my plate. I just
want every % improvement I can find at a *reasonable* investment in
time/money. I'm not going to wear a Snell-approved helmet when I drive down
the street either.
Trying to get drivers' ed or licensing policies changed isn't something
that will be a good use of my personal resources. OTOH, my kids *will* go
to proper driving schools when it's time.
I'll do everything I can to be a safe driver, but if I can get that bozo's
attention before he pulls into my path, that would be a Good Thing (tm)
indeed. No?
