1990 100Q - Oil cooler?

I have to same '90 100 Quattro (10v) I've had forever. I was wondering, does
it have an oil cooler on it?

if so:

1. where is it?

2. does it have a thermostat?

3. can I get a better one - more like a fluid cooler?

PS. We're in Sub-Zero weather right now. My poor Q just couldn't get the
engine very hot on the highway or around town, because it was so damn cold.
So I did like the truckers ( you know the ones - the ones that say "NO FEAR"
and "FORD SUCKS" and have the 4 foot high tires; and the _real_ truckers,
18-wheelers ) - I put some mateterial on the radiator side of the grill, to
reduce the cold air from going through it. Worked well! 

Now I just need to make one of those neeto zip up and down ones out of
vinal. But that sounds like work, so I probably won't do it. :)
