Arun,
when I bought my 200 '89 it was leaking pretty bad. It turned out that
the oil pan screws were loose by about 1/8 turn, but the big leak was around
the oil pump. There is a small 6mm screw at the bottom, the top is combined
with the alternator bracket and it was very loose. Fixed it for me. YMMV
