At the Los Angeles auto show, I picked up an A!/Avant Garde/ Audi
Individual brochure which had an aluminum dash kit where the wood would
be in the A4 2.8. It looks good ( IMHO much better than the A4 1.8 dash
treatment). They also show an aluminum shifter knob. The problem with
the brochure is that it is written primarily in German, and does not have
the phone number or name of the US distributer. (Wonderful sales
tactics). Someone on the list said that Claus Ettensberger Corp at
310/203-3900 is the US distributor.
