Of course, it's a broken piece of plastic that holds a spring inside the
turn signal/high beam stalk. Common problem. The only fixing is
replacing (either the stalk if you're crazy and courageous or) the whole
column switch assembly.

I replaced the broken piece of the stalk 'cause the one from the junk
yard wasn't as pretty.
