Home brew A4 based S4.... Comments?

Im assuming the 30 valver is the 98 S4... what mods to a 1.8t quattro
(97) would make it worthy of the S4 badge? Would 210hp? 250? 300!!!
Also, would the sport wheels be sufficent or would a 17 or 18 inch
upgrade be needed?

An aside... I was in traffic today with a co-worker and boss. I see an
A4 about a half mile away... I said, "Here comes the car Im going to
buy, the Audi A4... but that guy skimped out, no quattro, no sport
package." 
Boss: You knew what car that was a all the way from there?
Co-worker: I want to know... Howd he know it didnt have 4 wheel drive
and sport package???

I could have really wowed 'em and told them that car was an automatic
transmission!
what fun... yes, I need to get out more often.
