Fram Filters with check valve

Also in the Pegasus catalog (800) 688 6946, they advertise a special
series of Fram filters:

" Fram HP Oil Filters. These high performance filters are standard
equipment for
most racing engines. Each filter is equipped with a check valve to help
prevent oil
drainback after engine shutdown..."

So I guess all Fram filters are not without this valve, although
these HP series are $11.29 each.
