Re: Tire wear
I think Audi uses very soft compound oem tires. I bought my 92' 100 V6 last
year with 23,500 miles on the clock and the Dunlop SP6 that came with the
car was pretty worn too. I took the car in for a pre-purchase inspection at
the dealer and I questioned the mechanics to see if there was anything
fishy about the mileage since the tires were wornout. He said it's normal
for all the tires came oem from the factory have soft compound tires and
didn't last very long.
