New Audi A3

I just saw my first commercial for the new Audi A3 here in Japan. Very nice industrial CM spot with some guy saying something like, "Wouldn't it be nice to make a great car that's not so big?". In the CM it is a silver HB, looks a lot like its cousin the VW a3 but much more handsome. I don't know if this will be sold in America ( I wish it would I'd like to get one when I return) but smaller is better in Japan, so I expect to see a lot of them soon. 

Anybody have info regarding it's sale in the US? Remember I don't like there anymore if this sounds like a stupid question.

Oh BTW, it's nice to see ABT and A! Avant-garde stuff everywhere here. I never could find a good source in the US (certainly not JT Motorsports in Ca.)
