What is Scott M's "chip club"?

Presently I have a '89 200Q wagon with 95,000 miles.  Totally unmodified and
I've owned it now for the past 5 years.  I've also got a deposit on an April
delivery Boxster  so I'm not sure how long I'll keep the Q.  Also, not sure
if I'll take delivery of the Boxster.  Still pissed at Schaumburg on the S6
deal they screwed up.
