Hi Mark,
supposedly the 10 disc unit *is* a Sony unit, *maybe* has Blaupunkt
nomenclature on it....
but, I have the same symptoms with my Sony 10 disc CD changer - it jams too,
but that's after using the same cartridge for a long period of time, and it
has now deformed to the point where some of the CDs get jammed to the
horizontal walls of each individual compartment - that's posssibly what's
happening to yours....try using a *brand-new* cartridge, and it should
work....Sony cartridges retail at around $ 45.00...I haven't bought a new one
yet, as I just don't use mine anymore (in the Caprice)....
