Nope ... never have ...

Closest I ever got was once when the car started high centering on the snow 
between the ruts [urQ, Gatorback rubber, unplowed road, no chains :] when 
going up to my wife's sister's for Christmas.  I backed up a little and 
tried again at a differnt angle and made it.  We were the only visitors 
that didn't have to call up from the local Safeway for a ride ...  I think 
that's pretty stupi^H^H^H^H^Hbrave ...
