Funny thing that this is mentioned again. For the technicality, those taxi
cabs tested by CR would fall into "light duty" maintenance schedule by the
user's manual we get with our cars. Whereas most "non-professional
drivers" everyday drivers like some of us would fall into "heavy duty"
conditions which require more frequent oil change schedule.
