The tail-lights on these beasts are sealed to the body with beatle
tape(basically, black sticky goo). Once you remove the nuts that hold the
assembly to the car, push from the inside.  note: mine were a PITA to
remove the first time as well...  Oh yea, don't forget to catch the
tailight when it pops out. duh.
