I have mine checked/done at the same intervals.  BR Motorsport's standard 
charge for the BEM Mueller alignment is GBP70, but they only charge me GBP30 
because they know all of the adjusters are freed up and the car is nearly 
right.  It usually takes Martin less than an hour.
