Huw:

You're in luck with 5 3/4 rounds - quite a number of choices there for you.
Tell me a little more about your driving, and the environment you most
often drive in at night. For instance, urban/rural, do much road tripping
or long distance driving, how old are you, would having above bumper lamps
be a problem, will you drive in any weather (leave for a 200 mile drive in
blowing snow), etc. Also, give me an idea of what you'd like to budget for
to the nearest $50, and do you have the skills for rudimentary wiring (know
how to wire relays/fuses/dash switches?).

Think mainly about your NIGHT driving habits.
