STEADIRIC SUSPENSION - Vendor Info

Search engine success.  

*  On 12-10-96 parts I ordered from this vendor were promised for overnight
delivery by Eric Fletcher (STEADIRIC@aol.com).  Post received from vendor
12-11-96 indicating and confirming overnight delivery to be sent on 12-12 or
12-13.  Multiple documented contacts to vendor:  posts, home, pager, VOX, no
reply.  Nastygram sent on 1-4-97 demanding action.  Response recieved 1-9-97:
No parts to be delivered.  Reason Given:  Other "deals" given priority, no
later delivery, apology or other intentions offered by vendor.  1-9-97
through 1-20-97, notes to vendor for ANY resolution not successful.  1-16-97,
post to "Quattro List" reporting issue, asking for resolution (Search
Engine-Post:  Credibility II, 1-16-97).    1-20-97, response from vendor:
 "Deal" not what it appeared to be.  No resolution, apology, or other action.

I have all documentation in regards to this "black-flag" of
STEADIRIC@aol.com, Vendor.  I am sending a copy of this to the List
Administrator for addition to the Vendor List Files.

Apologies for the bandwidth, and the enlightening e-mails guys.  This is my
closure to this issue.  Status: No resolution by Vendor.
