Starting Problems 5KCST

Hi all,

I seem to be having the stangest starting problems at the
moment. I was wondering if anyone had seen a similar
problem.

It starts fine when stone cold, even down to -26C last
week.  It starts fine when hot, stop the engine and start
it straight away.

BUT

If we park it and go to the store for 30 mins or so then
the thing takes a age to start. I checked the spark is
good. I checked around for vac leaks but saw nothing.
There's no smell of gas either. I can hear the fuel pump.
When started the car runs smoothly, idles fine and stable
at 800RPM.

Once I got a jump off someone and then the car started
fine. There is a little misfire and then it cleared.

Could this be the fuel pump, or fuel pressure accumulator
or warm start valve?
