Stabilant 22A source?

So Peter Henrikson sez...

I got some Stabilant 22A last year sometime. It turned out that it
didn't fix my problem anyway (not electrical), but Ned Ritchie swears by
it and I can't say either way.

So I ask...

Pete, where do you get this stuff? Electronic supply houses, stereo stores,
er what?
