Stage 1 cooling fan

Angela's stage 1 cooling fan no longer seems operational :-(
Stages 2/3 were just fixed, which is what's such a bummer.

Does anyone have electrical charts on the '90 90Q20V?  The charts
I have for the 100/200 are completely different.  Assuming the
large two-contact can bolted to the fan housing is the resistor
pack, it it OK, but there is no power going to it.

Stumped, with multi-meter in hand....
