	This is not the same as a herrington or wal-mart cupholder. This is an oem
part with rubber pieces to mold around various sizes of cups, and a rubber
mat to keep the cup from sliding. They work well and are well worth $40 if
you spend alot of time in your car. For my VWs they match the interior
also, and fold away. I have one in both cars and highly reccomend them.
